What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Domestic standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for performance parts?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Please note that used components or items showing signs of installation cannot be returned for a refund due to safety and quality standards.
Do Profile Design products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Profile Design products are covered by a limited two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required for all warranty claims.
Are your carbon fiber components compatible with electronic shifting?
Most of our modern carbon base bars and extensions are designed with internal routing ports specifically to accommodate Shimano Di2, SRAM eTap, and other electronic shifting systems.
How should I maintain and clean my hydration systems?
We recommend rinsing your hydration system with warm water and mild soap after every ride. For deep cleaning, use a specialized bottle brush and ensure all valves are completely dry before storage to prevent mold growth.
