At Profile Design, we are committed to providing high-performance cycling components that meet your racing needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused gear in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned components for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
